Sleep Problem

Does the food that we eat and the time at we eat our food have anything to do with our sleep? Can it effect our sleep in anyway? Yes, the food that we eat has direct impact on sleep. If you are one of those who likes to eat late in the night, then it's really a bad habit and that should be stopped. It is not good for your health. Try to eat at least 1-2 hours before you go for sleep. It is better to avoid drinks that have caffeine in it like coffee. Many of us have the habit of drinking a cup of coffee before bed. That should be stopped as well, you are not getting a good sleep or you are with sleep related problems.

Drinking coffee too many times even in the day, is not a good thing to do, if you are really cautious about your health. It's better to drink a glass of milk before you goto bed. This way you would be getting protein for a long time while you are sleeping. It is because milk proteins don't digest so fast. It takes very long before they are digested.

If you are one of those who have the habit of drinking alcohols late at night, then remember one thing - it's not good for a good sleep at night. In order to get a good sleep at night stop such habits. In order to gain something, you should compromise some other things - it can be your life style as well. If you can't avoid alcohols, then you may drink it before your dinner.

Spicy foods can affect your sleep seriously. Try to avoid such foods at least during dinner. Spicy foods can even cause problems for digestion in your body.
